He guided us all the way from the beginning until the very end and made us feel comfortable with the process. His responsiveness and attention to detail are unparalleled As newcomers to the DC metro area, he was patient and took the time to answer every question we had, but also served as a great consultant on all the various neighborhoods. Teddy knows D.C. very well and will be very transparent with the common things to look out for. After a few viewings together, Teddy was able to perceptively characterize what we wanted and sent us tailored listings to help narrow down our home search. He has all the right contacts to be able to close in record time, which is so important in today's competitive landscape4. It really felt like we had a super advocate who was well connected in the industry, willing to do what it took to make things right for us. We closed in record time without feeling like we compromised anything, all because he was so diligent in helping us get everything approved, scheduled, and negotiated. He even helped save us some money at the end of the entire process. We highly recommend Teddy to be your agent! No reservations whatsoever."

He is extremely knowledgeable, highly reliable, an excellent negotiator, and passionate about supporting his clients in finding their homes. As a first-time home buyer who knew little about the process, I highly benefited from having Teddy as my agent. He helped me narrow down the qualities most important to me in a future home and scheduled home viewings around my schedule at a moment's notice. I appreciated that he shared helpful opinions and perspectives about the pros and cons of different listings. The first offer we put down on a beautiful new condo in DC was accepted below the listing price, despite it only having been on the market for a few days, thanks to Teddy's negotiating skills. When the seller was unable to get all the new construction-related approvals from the city in time for my scheduled closing, Teddy helped arrange for a pre-settlement move-in and also ensured that the seller took responsibility for any fees associated with the loan interest rate extension. I appreciated that he always responded to emails and texts, even on evenings and weekends. I highly recommend working with Teddy!"

In the buying process, we found him to be patient and very responsive when we wanted to see a place that came on the market. Once we found our great home, Teddy walked us through the process to ensure it went very smoothly and there were no surprises. When it came to selling, Teddy really excelled. He coordinated everything we needed to do ahead of putting it on the market - painting, repairs, deep cleaning, and staging. He coordinated it all. He helped us find a good list price the place well for our market and produced some wonderful marketing materials and hosted a weekend of open houses. We had several offers within days and a contract in place quickly for a lot more than I thought possible. Then he ensured that everything went smoothly through to the closing. If you are looking to sell your home, we'd very happily recommend Teddy, he did all the work for us and gave us great guidance. The whole process was about as stress-free as it could be."

He was fantastic with my parents as well. The process of buying a home for the first time is daunting, and he made it so much less nerve-wracking. He was on top of everything with reviewing the documents, negotiating, and providing us with information. He allowed us to get the price that we wanted for the condo with his negotiation skills with the other side (with virtually no effort on our part), and recommended us the absolute best loan officer and settlement company. It was an all-around incredible process that would not have been possible without him. He saved us money at every point (including securing us a credit right at the closing table). He is so positive, organized, and was with us every step of the way with his knowledge. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!"

From the beginning, I told Teddy I had no idea what I was doing, and he stepped right up to do what was best for me. He truly cares for his client's best interests. I know I did not make it easy being out of the country for most of my time working with Teddy, yet he never made me feel like a burden. I wanted a fast sell, and I got just that. He adjusted his schedule and handled every detail. My house was staged, photographed, and listed within days. Best of all, it was sold in a day. Despite the market, I attribute it all to Teddy. His knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication got me the quick turnaround and numbers that I wanted. All I had to do was a sign."

But Teddy did the unimaginable and helped us close on the 4th home we bid on in this crazy market. He kept us focused, worked closely with our mortgage lender and the seller’s agents, and helped us craft compelling and strategic offers that gave us the competitive edge necessary in this market. He also made sure we didn’t stray too far from our comfort zone, saved us a lot of money, and offered a lot of really helpful advice as first time home buyers. Above all else, he was a joy to work with, and it really put us at ease having him on our team. Teddy is the best!"
