Michaela McNamara is the Operations Manager for the Teddy Clary Group of Compass. With a strong background in account management and event operations, she focuses on enhancing client experiences and optimizing processes. Having grown up in a real estate family—her mother is a broker—Michaela developed a passion for the industry early on, and joined Compass in 2021. A true product enthusiast, she continuously seeks innovative solutions to elevate her team’s offerings. Outside of work, Michaela loves to travel and explore new cultures, often accompanied by her Corgi, Winston.
